The data is stored in Google Sheets (via SheetDB) and is displayed publicly on the website only after approval. Please do not enter phone numbers, addresses, or other sensitive personal data in the comment field.
• Phone Calls, Viber, WhatsApp. When you contact us through these channels, we receive your phone number and message content. We use them solely to respond to and fulfill your service request.
• Analytics. With your explicit consent, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which record technical visit data (pages visited, device type, approximate location). Without your consent, this data is not collected.
• Browser Settings. We store your theme, language, and cookie preferences locally in your browser, as well as the timestamp of your last submitted review (for spam protection). This data remains on your device.

3. Legal Basis

Analytics are used only with your consent. Reviews are processed based on your consent when submitting the form. Communication regarding a service request is processed to fulfill your request. Spam protection is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.
